HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Australia Post delivery times may vary
The Australia Post website currently states the following:
- Express Post is approximately 1-3 business days
- Parcel Post is approximately 3-6 business days
- Signature on delivery can be arranged for an additional $2.95. Please be sure to request this when ordering if required.
Australia Post Parcel Post has a maximum weight limit of 22kg and prices start from $10.00. Please feel free to get in touch if you require an estimated postage cost based on your order.

Orders & returns
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
For 'change of mind' orders / cancellation requests:
- Please ensure you get in touch as soon as possible
- Orders will not be cancelled or amended once product has been shipped / posted due to 'change of mind' reasons
Returns:
- Returns will be accepted for damaged / defect items
- Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of product/s
- Photo evidence must be provided prior to refund being issued
